The projects came first. Recurring concerns around authority, evidence, memory, boundaries and controlled change revealed the need for a broader architecture.

GSA is the resulting architecture for governed systems. Its architectural basis has advanced beyond direction alone, while it does not retroactively redefine the systems that came before it.

From architecture to real governed inference.

On 9 October 2026, GoNucleo completed its first real inference demonstration under an explicit chain of authorization, controlled execution, validation, verifiable evidence, and human review.

A bounded technical demonstration establishing one concrete capability, not a completed commercial platform.

Together by contract, separated by authority. GoNucleo Foundation defines shared concepts, authority boundaries, and interaction rules; it is not a runtime or central orchestrator. This is a communication architecture for GoNucleo's work, not a literal runtime dependency diagram.
